The U.S. Friends of Chalmers Scholarship Program for U.S. Master’s Students
U.S. Friends of Chalmers works to support collaborative educational and research opportunities between Chalmers University of Technology and educational institutions, research and industry organizations in the United States.
In 2012 U.S. Friends of Chalmers instituted a scholarship program for one American student to study a Master’s Program at Chalmers University of Technology. The scholarship covers the tuition fee for the 2-year Master’s Program.
An international environment at Chalmers fosters internationally skilled Chalmers engineers, regardless of origin and this in turn benefits both Swedish and international students as well as our global industry partners. Last year, students of more than 50 nationalities registered for Master’s Programs at Chalmers. Donations to U.S. Friends of Chalmers help in attracting the right talent from the U.S. to Chalmers.
Brett Seward from Purdue University was the first scholar awarded the U.S. Friends Scholarship back in 2012, and in the years since then, three more American students have been given the opportunity to study at Chalmers, all thanks to generous gifts from U.S. based alumni. Read more about our scholarship awardees here.
We humbly ask for your continued support to the scholarship program. Please donate to U.S. Friends of Chalmers to help Chalmers compete for the best talent from the U.S. Make your contribution here.
Thanks in advance for your help.
